How to connect price.ro with easySales: product feed setup
List your products on price.ro with an easySales feed: connecting it on your online shop, shipping, categories, the Feed URL and feed rules.
What the price.ro feed does
price.ro is a Romanian price-comparison site. Shoppers compare offers there and click through to your shop to buy. easySales builds the product file price.ro reads — names, prices, stock, images and links from your online shop — and keeps it up to date at a fixed address, the Feed URL.
Three things to know before you begin:
- Create the feed on your online shop's tab, not on Virtual Shop. price.ro sends shoppers to each product's page in your shop, and only your online shop's products carry that link.
- Orders do not come through the feed. Shoppers buy in your shop, so the orders arrive with your shop's orders.
- You give price.ro the address once. After that, price.ro reads the file on its own and easySales keeps it current.

Step 1 — Connect the feed
Go to Products → Online Shops → Feed and choose the tab of your online shop. Press Connect on the price.ro card. The Connection tab has two fields:

| Exclude categories | Optional. A product in several categories gets the first one that is not excluded. Exclude broad parent categories — such as Home or Promotions — so the more specific category is the one sent. |
Press Save.
Step 2 — Give price.ro your Feed URL
Back on the Feed page, the card shows the Feed URL and, once the file is ready, Last generated with its date and time. The first file is ready within the hour after you save.
When Last generated appears, copy the Feed URL and add it as your product feed in your price.ro merchant account. price.ro reads the file from there and lists the products it accepts.
What goes into the file
Each active product of the shop is one line in the file, with:

A product is left out when it has no stock or no image. Every product in the file is listed as available. The file is updated every hour while price.ro reads it, and at least once a day — as long as the shop connection stays enabled.
Step 3 — Fine-tune with feed rules
Feed rules change what goes into this feed without touching your products. Open the feed with Edit, then Feed rules → Create a new rule. A rule has a condition — If — and an action — Then.
Useful rules for price.ro:
- Leave out low stock: If stock is less than 3 → exclude product from feed.
- Leave out a category: If category is equal with that category → exclude product from feed.
- Fill in a missing brand: If brand is empty → set it to your brand.
- Change the price for price.ro: write the rule on sale price or tax rate.
When something does not look right

| A product is missing from price.ro | Check that it is active, has stock and has at least one image, and that no rule excludes it. |
| Products have no link on price.ro | The feed was created on the Virtual Shop tab. Delete it and connect it on your online shop's tab. |
| Prices or stock on price.ro are old | Check that your online shop's connection is enabled. |
| The wrong category is shown | Add the parent category to Exclude categories, or set the category with a rule. |
