See what actually sells, and where

easySales reports on the orders it already processes, so you get per-product performance, sales by channel, sales by region on a map, and category breakdowns without exporting anything into a spreadsheet first.

  • Per-product aggregates plus a per-product trend chart
  • Sales by channel, by region and by category
  • Predefined reports for markup, stock divergence and reordering

HOW IT WORKS

Reporting on data you already have

Nothing to instrument — the reports read the orders easySales processed.

1

Pick a lens

Products, sales, channels, regions or categories. Each tab answers a different question about the same underlying orders.

2

Set the window

Choose the period you care about and compare it against how things were trending, per product or across the whole account.

3

Act on it

Feed the answer back into pricing, reordering or channel strategy — the predefined reports are built specifically to point at a decision.

ANALYTICS

The numbers behind your decisions

Four self-serve lenses, plus a set of purpose-built predefined reports.

01

Per-product performance and trend

A single table aggregates quantity and value per product across the period, so your genuine movers are obvious. Drill into one product and you get its trend chart over time rather than a single number without context.

02

Sales by channel, region and category

The sales report splits the same revenue three ways: which channels are carrying you, which regions are buying — shown on an interactive map — and which categories are growing. That is usually enough to decide where the next marketing euro goes.

03

Predefined reports that point at an action

Three purpose-built reports go beyond description. Average markup per category tells you where your margin actually is. Stock divergence flags where a marketplace disagrees with your own stock. The reorder forecast turns sales velocity into a purchasing suggestion.

Bespoke reports when the standard set is not enough

Some businesses need a number nobody else asks for. Those are built for your account as bespoke reports, appearing in their own tab with a download and a regenerate action. This is a development request rather than a self-serve builder — talk to us about what you need and we will scope it.

The self-serve set covers products (an aggregate table plus a per-product trend chart) and sales split by channel, by region on an interactive map, and by category. Alongside those sit three predefined reports: average markup per category, marketplace stock divergence, and a reorder forecast.

Not as a self-serve builder, no. The Custom tab lists reports that have been built specifically for your account by our team — if you need a metric the standard reports do not cover, it goes in as a development request and appears there once it is built.

That is the expected state until a bespoke report has been built for your account. It is not an error — use the standard product and sales reports, and tell us if there is a number you need that they do not give you.

It is the total value of the lines, not a per-unit price. This trips people up regularly, so it is worth checking before comparing it against a price list.

Not under that name. The products report sorted by quantity or value answers the same question — there just is not a separate report literally called best sellers.

Yes. Access to the predefined reports is controlled by a team-member permission, so you can open reporting to your accountant without opening it to the whole warehouse.
