Every order in, every stock level out — automatically

easySales keeps a live two-way connection with each of your sales channels. Orders arrive in one shared list as they are placed, and the stock and price changes you make in easySales travel back out to every channel that sells the product.

  • One order list for every marketplace and online store
  • Stock and price changes propagate to every linked offer
  • You choose exactly what syncs in and out per connection

HOW IT WORKS

Connect once, then stop importing files

Synchronization is a property of the connection, not a job you run.

1

Connect a channel

The connect wizard walks you through the credentials each channel needs. Every country channel is its own connection, so you can run several accounts and several countries side by side.

2

Link offers to products

Each marketplace listing is matched to the product in your easySales catalogue. This link is what makes stock and price movements meaningful in both directions.

3

Choose what travels

Per-connection toggles decide what comes in and what goes out — orders, stock, price, listing content. Turn off anything you would rather manage on the channel itself.

WHAT SYNC COVERS

One catalogue, one order list, many channels

The same synchronization layer feeds order management, invoicing, shipping and reporting.

01

Orders arrive on their own

New orders from every connected marketplace and online store land in the same list, already carrying their buyer, address, payment method, delivery method and line items. Your team works one screen instead of logging into each channel in turn.

02

Stock moves outward the moment it changes

When stock is consumed by an order, corrected after a stocktake, or refreshed from a supplier feed, every linked offer is updated with the new availability. Overselling the last unit across two marketplaces stops being a weekly event.

03

Per-connection control over what syncs

Each connection carries its own settings and toggles: whether orders come in, whether stock and price go out, which VAT rate applies, which courier options are available. Two accounts on the same marketplace can behave completely differently.

04

Manual edits survive the next sync

Fields you deliberately corrected can be locked so an incoming channel update does not overwrite them. The rest of the record keeps syncing normally, so one fixed address or one adjusted price does not force you to abandon automation for that order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

No. Synchronization is continuous once a channel is connected — orders arrive on their own and stock and price changes are pushed out as they happen. Manual imports exist for one-off catalogue work, not for day-to-day operation.

A connection on its own does not sync anything. Each marketplace listing has to be linked to the product in your easySales catalogue first — that link is what tells us which offer to update when the product stock changes. Unlinked offers stay untouched.

Yes. Each country channel is a separate connection with its own credentials, VAT setting, courier options and sync toggles, so a Romanian and a Hungarian channel on the same marketplace are managed independently.

Yes. Individual order fields can be locked so incoming channel updates skip them while the rest of the order keeps syncing. This is the standard way to keep a corrected address or phone number from being reverted.

Disconnecting stops the traffic but does not erase your history. The orders, offers and product links that were already created stay in easySales, so reconnecting later does not mean starting over.

Yes. Order, stock and price synchronization is part of the core platform on every subscription tier, including during the 14-day free trial.
