Let AI classify and document your listing

Every marketplace wants its own category and its own list of required attributes, and filling them by hand is the slowest part of publishing a product. Autofill with PulseAI reads the product you already have, picks the marketplace category, works out which attributes that category asks for and proposes a value for each one.

  • Marketplace category chosen for listings that do not have one yet
  • Required attributes matched and filled from your own product data
  • Values written in the marketplace language, not just copied across

HOW IT WORKS

One button on the listing you are editing

It reads the product, proposes the listing, and waits for you.

1

Open the listing

On a marketplace listing, the attributes panel carries an "Autofill values with PulseAI" button. No setup, no configuration screen, nothing to switch on first.

2

AI classifies and documents

If the listing has no marketplace category yet, one is picked from that marketplace's own catalogue. Then every attribute that category requires is matched against your product data and given a proposed value.

3

You review and save

AI-filled fields are highlighted so you can see exactly what was proposed. Change anything you disagree with, then save the listing — nothing reaches the marketplace until you do.

The part of listing that nobody enjoys

A single product can need thirty attributes per marketplace, in a language you do not sell in.

Doing it by hand

  • Search the marketplace category tree by hand for every product
  • Load the attribute list, then fill each field one at a time
  • Translate values into the marketplace language yourself
  • Re-read the product description looking for the material, the capacity, the warranty
  • Repeat all of it on the next marketplace, with a different category tree

With easySales

  • Category proposed from the marketplace's own catalogue
  • Every required attribute matched and pre-filled in one press
  • Values generated directly in the marketplace language
  • Your product description, name and attributes used as the evidence
  • Highlighted fields show what was proposed, so review is quick

WHAT THE AI DOES

Classification, attribute matching and value generation

Three jobs that used to be three separate manual passes over the same product.

01

Picks the marketplace category

When a listing has no category yet, the model searches the marketplace's own category catalogue and proposes a match. The search runs in the marketplace language and widens to broader department terms when a narrow product-type search comes back empty, so unusual products still land somewhere sensible. A category you already chose is never replaced.

02

Matches the attributes that category requires

Each marketplace category comes with its own attribute list, and some of those attributes are mandatory before the listing can go live. Autofill loads that list for the chosen category and proposes a value for each entry, so you find out what the marketplace wants at the same moment you find out what to put in it.

Writes the values in the marketplace language

A Romanian catalogue selling on a Polish marketplace needs Polish attribute values. Autofill does not copy your wording across — the product name, category, attribute values and description are fed in as evidence, and free-text values are generated in the language that marketplace expects.

04

Nothing is saved until you agree

The proposal is returned into the form, not written to your listing. Fields the AI filled are visibly marked, so a review pass takes seconds rather than a full re-read. Press the button again and you are asked to confirm before the previous proposal is replaced.

05

Your corrections make it better

A thumbs up or down on the proposal tells us how it went, with room for a reason and a note. Beyond that, every value you change before saving is recorded against that generation — so the attributes people keep correcting are the ones we look at first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Yes. Autofill works on the listing you have open, and also across a whole selection of listings at once — so a catalogue that has never been documented can be worked through in batches instead of product by product.

All of them. Autofill reads the category catalogue and the attribute list from the marketplace itself, so it works the same way on every channel you connect — the biggest marketplaces and the smaller, country-specific ones alike.

No. The category step runs only when the listing has no marketplace category yet. If you have already chosen one, that choice is kept and the AI works on the attributes belonging to it.

From your own product: its name, description, category and existing attribute values, in the marketplace's language where translations exist. It is not inventing specifications — where your product data carries no evidence for an attribute, that attribute is left blank rather than guessed.

No. The proposal is loaded into the listing form for you to review. Nothing is stored on the listing, and nothing is sent to the marketplace, until you save it yourself.

Category mapping is the one-time setup where you link a shop category to its marketplace equivalent so that every future product in it inherits the mapping. Autofill works at the other end, on the listings themselves, and is what you reach for when a product falls outside your mapped categories or when the attribute values still need writing.

You get a message and the listing is left exactly as it was. Nothing is half-filled and nothing is saved, so pressing the button again later is safe.

There is no separate AI subscription. Every plan includes a daily allowance of AI tokens, which covers normal listing work; if you need more than your plan's allowance — a large catalogue to document, a busy publishing week — extra allowance can be bought on top.
