Integration IdoSell & easySales

Integrate IdoSell with easySales and import products from website to automatically list them on marketplaces like eMAG, eBay, Amazon, Kaufland and many more.

IdoSell is a Polish hosted store platform built for merchants who sell in volume and across borders. easySales connects to it directly and is careful about how it talks to it, because IdoSell bills per API call.

Orders every minute. New orders and status changes are collected on a one-minute cycle, with a wider catch-up pass several times a day for anything that changed late.
Stock, sent in batches. Updates are grouped and sent in as few API calls as possible, because IdoSell charges per call — a full batch of products costs one or two requests, not one each.
Orders the other way too. Orders taken elsewhere can be written into IdoSell, so the shop stays your complete record of sales.
Status back. When you process an order in easySales, the store is updated with it.
One catalogue, every channel. The products in your store go out to your marketplaces from the same place, Allegro among them.

Frequently asked questions about the IdoSell integration

Your IdoSell store becomes one of your sales channels. Orders from IdoSell arrive in the same list as your marketplace orders, and your product data, stock and prices stay aligned between the store and every other channel you sell on.

Both ways, and you decide. easySales can read products, stock and prices from IdoSell, or act as the source and write them into the store instead. Orders always come into easySales for processing.

Straight away. Your IdoSell store notifies easySales the moment a product changes, so stock and prices update in real time instead of waiting for a scheduled check. If easySales is the stock source for the store instead, you control the timing yourself under Scheduled imports, where you can set the interval or trigger a read on the spot.

Yes, and that is the usual reason sellers connect a store first. IdoSell keeps running exactly as it does now, and every marketplace you add afterwards draws on the same catalogue and the same stock.
