How to connect Fashion Days with easySales: a complete guide
Connect Fashion Days Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary to easySales: allowlist the IPs, set up the connection, map your categories, publish offers and read the two statuses.
What you can do with Fashion Days and easySales
Fashion Days is a fashion marketplace operating in Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary. easySales connects to it so your offers are built from the catalogue you already maintain and stay current on their own — prices and stock follow your products, and orders arrive in the same list as everything else you sell.
Before you connect
A Fashion Days seller account
Fashion Days approves sellers before granting marketplace access. If you do not have an account yet, request one from Fashion Days first.
Access to the allowed-IP list
You add the easySales addresses yourself in the Fashion Days account. Without it the connection cannot be tested.
Your sign-in email and password
These are the credentials the connection uses. The API code is optional.
Products in your easySales catalogue
Offers are built from products you already hold. Nothing publishes from an empty catalogue.
EANs, if you have them
A product with an EAN skips the category and characteristic checks, which removes most of the mapping work.
Step 1 — Allow easySales to reach your account
Fashion Days restricts API access by IP address. Before anything else, add both easySales addresses to the allowed-IP list in your Fashion Days seller account:
51.158.174.60 and 3.124.61.144
Step 2 — Connect
In easySales go to Integrations → Marketplaces, find the Fashion Days tile for your country and press Connect.
The connection form has two tabs. Main settings holds the credentials and the defaults every offer inherits.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Connection Name | Your own label. It appears on every offer row, which matters once you run more than one Fashion Days account. |
| New order custom status | Optional. Lands imported orders in one of your own statuses instead of the default. |
| Price Addition | A percentage added to the sale price on this channel only, applied to newly created offers. Your catalogue price is untouched. |
| Default Tax Rate | The VAT rate applied to the offers you publish. |
| Default shipping tax | The VAT rate applied to delivery on imported orders. |
| Country for taxes | Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary. Decides the country a VAT-number check is made against. Defaults to Romania. |
| Invoice Series | The billing series used when easySales invoices these orders. Match it to your invoicing software. |
| Implicit package type | Envelope or parcel, used as the default when generating AWBs. |
| Delivery Days | The handling time shown to buyers. Only a default — a product's own handling time wins. |
| Username | The email address you use to sign in to Fashion Days. |
| API Code | Optional, and marked so on the form. The connection authenticates on username and password. |
| Password | Your Fashion Days password. Stored encrypted. |
Additional settings holds the switches that decide how much of the work the integration takes over.
| Setting | What it does | Suggested |
|---|---|---|
| Send offer prices to marketplace | Keeps prices on Fashion Days following your catalogue. | Yes |
| Send offer stock to marketplace | Keeps stock following your catalogue, so offers go dark when you sell out. | Yes |
| Send offers when stock increases from 0 | Brings an offer back automatically after a restock. | Yes |
| Send invoice to marketplace after generating | Uploads the invoice — and the credit note — to Fashion Days. | Yes |
| Mark new Fashion Days orders as processing | Acknowledges each new order on Fashion Days as it arrives. Off by default. | Yes |
| Exclude shipping from invoices for locker deliveries | Leaves the delivery line off the invoice when the parcel goes to a locker. | As your accountant prefers |
| Overwrite images / force image download | Controls whether easySales replaces images already on the listing. | Leave off unless images are wrong |
When you save, easySales immediately calls Fashion Days to check the credentials. If the call fails you get the marketplace's own error message back — Invalid vendor ip means step 1 was skipped or incomplete.
Step 3 — Map your categories
An offer cannot be sent until the category holding its product is mapped to a Fashion Days category. Open Products → Categories, and use Map categories on each category you sell from.
Mapping does two things: it picks the Fashion Days category, and it lets you fill in that category's mandatory characteristics. Both are checked before every send, and a product missing either is rejected locally without ever reaching the marketplace.
Step 4 — Add offers
Offers are built from products you already hold. Open Products → Products, select the ones you want and use the Add offer action, choosing your Fashion Days connection.
If you already sell on Fashion Days, your existing offers are imported into Marketplace → Offers under the Fashion Days tab, unlinked. Link each one to the matching product so the two stay synchronised — an unlinked offer receives no price or stock updates. easySales can suggest matches by PNK, which is faster than searching by hand.
Step 5 — Read the two statuses
Fashion Days reviews an offer twice, independently, and easySales shows both. This is what sellers most often misread.
| Status | What it covers | Values you will see |
|---|---|---|
| Status | The product documentation — name, description, images, characteristics | New documentation validation pending · In validation · Approved documentation · Documentation rejected · Blocked |
| Price | Your commercial terms | Saleable · Invalid Price · Not Available |
An offer is genuinely live only when the documentation is approved, the price is accepted and the offer is switched on in easySales. Any one of the three being wrong takes it off the site.
Generating AWBs
Fashion Days orders can be shipped either with the dedicated Fashion Days courier or with most of the other couriers easySales supports — you are not locked in.
The Fashion Days courier is added separately under Integrations → Couriers. It can only be used for Fashion Days orders, because each configuration binds to one Fashion Days account.
Returns
Returns are imported for all three countries and are visible in Returns, but they are read-only on the easySales side — settle them in the Fashion Days seller account.
