You help ensure that every part of the event is aligned, documented, and delivered on time. The focus is on structure, follow-up, and reliable operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Support the planning of the event concept, theme, agenda, and flow<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain updated lists of potential speakers, partners, and exhibitors<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct outreach by phone and email to prospect, present the event, and collect confirmations<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate scheduling and availability with speakers and partners<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with suppliers for banners, print materials, badges, and branded assets<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support outreach to potential sponsors and partners<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up on offers, requirements, and contract details<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain clear documentation for each partner: status, deliverables, deadlines<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide content and updates needed for event listings, newsletters, and social media<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the marketing team on announcements, campaigns, and partner visibility<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure event information stays accurate across all channels<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track supplier costs, offers, and budget changes<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare simple reports on progress, open items, and risks<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support follow-up communication with speakers and partners<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>0\u20132 years experience in event organizing, operations, sales support, or admin roles<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable making daily calls and doing structured outreach<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills in Romanian and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Organized and reliable, able to manage many small details<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working with deadlines and structured workflows<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persistence, follow-up discipline, and a practical mindset<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>About easySales<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>easySales is a SaaS platform that helps online merchants automate operations and scale efficiently.
