With over 4000 testing users and 600 active users, easySales has facilitated the listing of over 9 million products and processing orders valued at over 350 million euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a full-timerole for an Onboarding Specialist for Bulgaria. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers. Daily tasks include providing training and support to new clients, resolving any onboarding issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve the onboarding experience. The Specialist will also collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure high customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Analytical Skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in eCommerce or SaaS platforms is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem-solving skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in eCommerce is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Description easySales is a multi-channel SaaS solution designed to help eCommerce merchants grow by selling on multiple channels.
