Role Description

This is a full-timerole for an Onboarding Specialist for Bulgaria. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers. Daily tasks include providing training and support to new clients, resolving any onboarding issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve the onboarding experience. The Specialist will also collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in eCommerce or SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in eCommerce is a plus
