We are looking for a person who will be responsible for contacting new easySales customers and supporting them in successfully starting their journey with the platform. This role combines consultative sales, outbound prospecting and hands-on onboarding support for e-commerce merchants.

Your main responsibilities will include actively reaching out to new inbound leads via phone and online meetings, conducting sales conversations and product demos, as well as performing regular prospecting and cold calling to potential customers in the e-commerce sector. You will analyse merchantsโ€™ operational needs and recommend how easySales can best support their sales processes and integrations.

After a customer decides to start using easySales, you will guide them through the onboarding process – helping with account setup, marketplace and shop integrations, logistics configuration and launching their first sales automations. Your goal will be to help customers achieve their first real results in the system and become confident users of the platform.

In your daily work, you will also monitor the activity of newly onboarded customers, proactively react to implementation challenges, maintain strong business relationships and identify opportunities for further account growth. An important part of the role is maintaining CRM data, tracking sales activities and sharing structured market feedback with the Product Team.
